We come to your office, pour the water, and leave a sample your sales team can use on their next design meeting. The bucket does most of the talking.

Who talks to my client?
You do. On a partner job we update you and your PM, and we only contact the homeowner if you ask us to. We never quote your client directly.
How thick is it, and what goes underneath?
Foot-traffic areas like pool decks are typically laid 12 to 15 mm thick; driveways and areas with turning vehicles 18 to 21 mm, per the manufacturer's data sheet. It goes over a sound, prepared base. We check your base at the site visit and list any prep on the quote.
How soon can you install after we sign?
It depends on the season and the size of the job, and you get a firm install window with your trade price. Materials are ordered once the deposit clears and land on site at least 3 business days before install.
When can the pool area be used?
Foot traffic after 24 to 48 hours, depending on temperature. Keep drips, leaks and footprints off it while it cures; footprints set in for good.
Does it count as impervious cover?
It's designed to drain, but each city decides how it counts. Some, Austin included, have counted porous surfaces as impervious. We check with the city on every job before you promise anything to your client.
What's the warranty?
Written on every quote, so you can pass it straight to your client.
